Yuri's greek salad

Get: (per 6 servings)
  • 1 cucumber (italian)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • some feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Do:
  • slice the cherry tomatoes in half using the plate trick
  • chop ingredients and combine in bowl
  • combine 

Results:
  • ended up with a lot of liquid, probably can do less oil? less vinegar?
