Get: - bamboo chicken skewers
- 1lb chicken thighs
- 0.25c sake
- 0.25c dark soy sauce
- 1tbsp brown sugar
- 10 scallions
- 3 cloves garlic
Do: - Combine sake, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl
- Add pressed garlic
- Slice edible parts of scallion into 1 inch pieces
- Slice chicken into 2cm pieces
- Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes
- Skewer chicken alternating with scallion
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning twice
Results: - Delicious! I didn't have that much scallion so I doubled up on chicken.
