Get: - 2 pork chops
- 1/4 cup of roasted almonds, minced
- 1/4 of a bosc pear, minced
- honey
- bourbon
- ginger powder
Do: - season pork with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder
- sous vide at 137 for 2-3 hours
- Combine minced pear, minced almond, a squirt of honey, a dash of bourbon, and ginger powder in a bowl
- Sear 1 minute per side
- serve with tapanade
