This is a placeholder for my failed BBQ chicken attempt.
Do: - put chicken in cooker
- season with salt, pepper, etc
- dump a bunch of bbq sauce on top
- cook for 8 hours
Notes: - Rob suggested we brine the chicken first. Time consuming but probably helps.
- Greg thinks it was overcooked, try delay start
- Need "braising liquid", which would be... what...
- Try wine? coq au vin
