Shrub cocktails

Get:
  • Packaged frozen whole strawberries, 4oz
  • Balsalmic vinegar, 0.125c
  • Red wine vinegar, 0.125c
  • Brown sugar, 50g
Do:
  • Combine ingredients in a canning jar and muddle
  • Refridgerate at least 1 day, up to 7 days.
  • Strain out solids
  • Mix with soda water and serve with ice or booze
