Roasted cauliflower

Get:
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon
  • olive oil
Do:
  • preheat oven to 500F
  • cut cauliflower into eighths, then break off pieces
  • place pieces in baking pan, drizzle VERY liberally with olive oil
  • sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic
  • roast at 500F for 30 minutes, turning once at 15m
Results:
  • roasted well! definitely not overcooked, still crunchy even at 30 minutes
  • i over-salted them, but good with herbs and salt and pepper... and lemon?
