Pho with turkey meatballs

Roughly:

Make turkey meatballs. Skip the rosemary and other spices. Consider boiling in the broth.

Broth:
- star anise
- dash of cinnamon
- bouillon
- bay leaves
- pepper
- salt
- mushrooms
- onion
- garlic
- lime juice


 Cook noodles separately.
Serve with sprouts, basil, onions, lime, basil, jalapeño

results:
- broth was good but 2 cups per person is not enough.
- we fried the meatballs but could try boiling them next time.
- we liked the broth
