Mint Juleps


Ingredients:
- 1 part water
- 1 part dark brown sugar
- 2 parts bourbon
- bruised and shredded mint leaves (500ml loose per 1000ml sugar)

Steps:
- Make simple syrup out of the brown sugar.
- Add the shredded leaves
- Boil, then cool in fridge
- mix in bourbon
