Pork Meatballs
Get: - 1 lb ground pork
- 4 tbsp shredded parm
- 0.5 tsp rosemary
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp thyme
- 0.25 tsp oregano
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- 0.25 tsp mortons fine salt
- 0.25 tsp sage
- ===
Do: - combine all ingredients in a metal bowl. squoosh with gloves.
- form into 16 meatballs
- heat 2 tbsp oil on medium high
- when sizzling, place meatballs in pan and sear on medium high for 4 minutes
- turn once, then cook to done by temp (145F for pork)
- remove from heat, serve with sauce
Turkey meatballs (not yet attempted)
1 lb turkey 0.5 cup panco breadcrumbs 0.5 cup Parmesan Onion minced Salt pepper oregano thyme sage Drizzle with olive oil Bake 400f for 15-20 mins
