Ingredients: - 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- zest from those lemons
Do: - Juice and zest the lemons until you have 1 cup of juice.
- Simmer the juice and sugar in a sauce pan. Start at medium-high heat, bring to a boil, then lower to simmering, and leave for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the zest. Leave to cool for about 20 minutes.
- Strain out the zest. You have lemon syrup!
