Lamb tacos

Get:
  • ground lamb
  • red cabbage, shredded
  • corn tortillas
  • salt, pepper, etc
  • yoghurt sauce
  • onion!
  • pistachios, roughly chopped
  • pomegranate seeds
Do:
  • sautee lamb until browned
  • soutee cabbage with lamb, a couple minutes more
  • add a little bit of molassas
  • place on tacos and heat in flat griddle
  • top with pom, nuts, and yoghurt
  • serve with a greek salad
Results:
  • this was from plated
  • dry, needs sauce (hence yoghurt)
  • i wouldn't have thought of the cabbage, interesting idea
  • couldn't taste the molassas at all
  • robey liked the nut topping
  • the greek salad was fineÂ
