Get: - ground lamb
- red cabbage, shredded
- corn tortillas
- salt, pepper, etc
- yoghurt sauce
- onion!
- pistachios, roughly chopped
- pomegranate seeds
Do: - sautee lamb until browned
- soutee cabbage with lamb, a couple minutes more
- add a little bit of molassas
- place on tacos and heat in flat griddle
- top with pom, nuts, and yoghurt
- serve with a greek salad
Results: - this was from plated
- dry, needs sauce (hence yoghurt)
- i wouldn't have thought of the cabbage, interesting idea
- couldn't taste the molassas at all
- robey liked the nut topping
- the greek salad was fineÂ
