Herb roasted potatoes


Get:
  • red potatoes, washed and diced
  • fresh herbs (minced rosemary, minced sage)
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
Do:
  • Dice potatoes and place in foil lined baking pan
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Toss / stir, careful not to tear the foil (I use wooden chopsticks)
  • Mince herbs and sprinkle over potatoes
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
  • Roast at 400F for 45-60 minutes
  • Can do on the grill although it sticks if the heat gets too high
