Get: - red potatoes, washed and diced
- fresh herbs (minced rosemary, minced sage)
- olive oil
- garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
Do: - Dice potatoes and place in foil lined baking pan
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Toss / stir, careful not to tear the foil (I use wooden chopsticks)
- Mince herbs and sprinkle over potatoes
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- Roast at 400F for 45-60 minutes
- Can do on the grill although it sticks if the heat gets too high
