French Toast

    Makes 6 slices
    • To bring out the best flavor, get drunk the night before.
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs.
    • Add 1/4th cup of milk
    • add 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • add a splash of vanilla and dash of cinnamon
    • stir well to combine.
    • Soak 6 bread slices in the egg mixture until saturated.  Count to 30 seconds srsly leave it alone for a bit
    • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Brown slices on both sides, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
