Get: - pressed garlic
- shitake
- portobello
- crimini
- butter
- fresh thyme or oregano or similar
- white wine
Do: - Melt butter in a pan on medium-high heat
- Crack pepper into the butter
- Add mushrooms, stir to coat and then brown the mushrooms
- reduce heat to medium, add wine, garlic, and fresh herbs
- simmer until wine cooks off, and serve
