Evil Mushrooms

Get:
  • pressed garlic
  • shitake
  • portobello
  • crimini
  • butter
  • fresh thyme or oregano or similar
  • white wine
Do:
  • Melt butter in a pan on medium-high heat
  • Crack pepper into the butter
  • Add mushrooms, stir to coat and then brown the mushrooms
  • reduce heat to medium, add wine, garlic, and fresh herbs
  • simmer until wine cooks off, and serve
