Melt 6 oz. of dark chocolate with 6 tablespoons of butter Grease four ramekins (or whatever oven-safe dishes are handy) Beat 3 eggs with 1/2 cup sugar (I use more like 1/4 cup because I like it better that way, but I thought I should be honest and send you the original recipe) Stir the melted choc/butter combo into the egg/sugar combo Add 1/3 cup flour with a minimum of mixing (the original recipe says to sift the flour but I'm way too lazy) Scoop the batter into the ramekins Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (the original recipe says 10 but that still seems too battery to me and Anton; obviously you don't need to bake it at all) |
