CRACKED GINGER COOKIE 6-9 doz. depending on size Cream well:  2 C Sugar            1 C Butter Mix in:      2   Eggs            1/2 C Light Molasses In a separate bowl stir together & then add to the creamed mixture in 4 installments:            4 tsp Soda            1  tsp Salt            2  tsp Ginger powder            2  tsp Cinnamon powder            4  C  Flour Chill at least 1 hr. Make small balls/scoop, roll in sugar, place on ungreased baking sheet about 2" apart. Bake @ 350 for about 8'. *Optional: stir in finely chopped crystalized ginger &/grated ginger |
