Crab cakes

Get:
  • Large (or bite) crab cakes from Cap'n Willis
  • Olive oil
Do:
  • Heat emiril pan with tbsp olive oil on med-hi
  • When oil is sizzling, sear cakes 1 minute per side
  • Reduce heat to low and cover
  • Cook 6 minutes more to heat through (large cakes)
  • Serve
