Get: - jasmine rice
- 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
Do: - combine 1 cup coconut milk, 5/6ths cup water, sugar, and salt in a pot
- stir until sugar is mixed in
- stir in one cup of rice, boil on medium heat
- reduce to simmer, cover for 20 minutes
Results: - Taste was great, rice needed must a little more time, it was a touch over-firm
