Get: - 3 cups shredded red cabbage (serves 2ish)
- 2oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1 red pear, cored and thinly sliced (per 2 people)
- 2tbsp nice olive oil
- 2tbsp apple cider vinegar
- honey
- salt and pepper
Do: - whisk wet ingredients in a large bowl
- toss cabbage and pear to combine
- sprinkle gorgonzola and toss to combine
- serve
Results: - This was a plated recipe to go with schnitzel. It was simple and pretty good!
