- 1 package (1 cup) blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Mix all together over medium heat until it starts to boil, then reduce to a low simmer.
- After 15 minutes, remove from heat and cool.
Next time - Doesn't gel well, very watery. Maybe add corn starch? I tried that and it wasn't great, but some recipes say to stir 1 tbsp corn starch with 1 tbsp water and then mix that in.
