Apple crumble

Apple stuffing:
  • 2 cups apple (2 apples)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
Crumble:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. peel, core, and wedge the apples. then chop the wedges into 1/2 inch chunks.
  2. mix the remaining "stuffing" ingredients together, then toss the apple chunks in them to coat.
  3. in a separate bowl, mix all the crumble ingredients together into a paste.
  4. in a shallow baking vessel, layer the apple stuffing on the bottom, then cover with the crumble paste.
  5. bake for 45-50 minutes at 350F.
